Welcome to the Parrot Bar

The Parrot Music Bar & Cafe is a new venture situated at the top of King St in the historic Old Town quarter of Carmarthen.

In the daytime we offer a friendly and relaxed cafe experience with fresh healthy food options and a licensed bar. At night there is a variety of entertainment from live music, DJ’s, comedy and one off events.

Above the cafe and bar is Tangled Parrot, voted Wales Best Independent Record Shop 2011, offering a comprehensive CD and vinyl selection
